The whistleblowing system 100% compliant with the EU Directive and the GDPR
The Legality Whistleblowing platform is at the forefront of compliance with the complex regulatory framework governing the institution of whistleblowing in Europe. In fact, the software is already fully compliant with the provisions contained in the European Directive 2019/1937 on whistleblowing, which is currently being transposed into the national laws of the 27 member states. At present, the Directive has been transposed only in France, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Cyprus, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Among the critical points of the EU Directive, there is first and foremost the obligation for all companies with more than 50 employees, states, regional administrations, and local authorities with more than 10 thousand inhabitants to equip themselves with an internal, secure IT channel for reporting misconduct.
