Thanks to the partnership between DigitalPA and Oracle, all Legality Whistleblowing platforms are now hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), within data centers in Italy, as prescribed by EU Regulation 679/2016 GDPR.

Customization of reporting pages for groups of companies and consultants

Upon request, it is now possible to customize reporting pages for each company within a group, thanks to the new multi-frontend feature. This option allows the creation of a dedicated whistleblowing page for each organization, reflecting the brand’s visual identity and including specific documentation, such as the privacy policy.

In addition to customization, the use of multi-frontend configuration offers the advantage of centralizing the management of reports from all organizations affiliated with the same group, grouping them in a single administration area. In this way, Managers can view the complete overview or only the reports within their competence, through segregation automatisms based on user permissions.
