Privacy and cookies policy
This section of the website illustrates the policies of an DigitalPA S.r.l. (under the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation – 2016/679) regarding the processing of personal data collected during the navigation in the portal. The information circular is provided only for the portal managed by the DigitalPA S.r.l. and not for other websites that may be visited by the user through links. The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, to identify methods, time and nature of the information that the data controller must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

DATA PROCESSING PLACE
The data processing related to the web services of this platform take place at the DigitalPA S.r.l. headquarters and are only handled by the Autorithy technical staff in charge of data processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations or by external agents.
No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed.
The personal data provided by users who request for informative material ( queries, news, calls, etc.) or services in general is used only to perform the institutional service or to fulfill the request and is disclosed to third parties only if strictly necessary for this purpose.

Navigation data
The computer system and the software procedures used to operate this portal acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to identify the users but, due to its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Data voluntarly provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this platform involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to answer to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
It should be noted that the personal and / or business data included in the forms on this platform is protected by the DigitalPA S.r.l. and used to reply to the user questions, to provide the requested information or to contact the user.
Specific summary information documents will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the portal prepared for particular services on demand.
COOKIES
No personal user data is implicitly acquired by the portal.
Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor are persistent cookies used to track users.
Only technical cookies are used which do not allow the creation of profiles or the identification of natural persons. The only persistent cookie that is used allows the user to customize their browsing of the portal, so they do not have to make that choice every time they access the portal itself.
The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the platform.

The website uses the “Google reCAPTCHA” service, designed to prevent or discourage the sending of comments or spam messages by users or spambots.

Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
